I worked on developing a new model for measurement on johndeere.com that enabled the brand to make smarter decisions. Part of the measurement plan that I proved out was to incorporate real-time qualitative surveying on the site to give us insight into web behavior beyond clicks and page views.
Digital Marketing teams would look to me as an insights expert on their marketing campaigns. I worked directly with teams to ensure each campaign was being tracked, evaluated and then improved upon by digging into what happened. After, I would provide recommendations on how to improve content through branding, content pairing and smarter ad placement.
A majority of my time was spent in the Adobe Analytics suite. I worked with Adobe Marketing Cloud including Experience Manager, Target, Data Warehouse, and Audience Manager. I managed dashboards for different teams provided a monthly cadence of insights.
Worked with A/B testing manager to develop tests on purchase funnel, checkout process, content placement, and brand story-telling.
